Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
At Shan Multi Hospital Research and Centre, we strive to provide our patients with the highest standards of healthcare and transparent service policies. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully to understand the terms that apply to payments, bookings, and cancellations.
1. Appointment Cancellations
Patients may cancel or reschedule their appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
In case of unavoidable emergencies or hospital-related changes, patients will be offered the option to reschedule without any additional charge.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only if the payment has been made in advance and the service could not be delivered due to hospital-related reasons.
- For payments made online, refunds (if applicable) will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Consultation or diagnostic service fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
3. Admission and Procedure Deposits
Deposits paid for admissions, treatments, or surgical procedures are generally non-refundable, unless the cancellation is due to hospital-related circumstances or medical advisories.
In case of patient-initiated cancellations, administrative or processing fees may apply.
4. Third-Party Services
For services booked through third-party platforms, refund and cancellation terms will follow the respective partner’s policy.
